The Morning “Blues”

Have you ever woken up in the morning and thought to yourself, “Oh No, not another day, I really don’t feeling getting up”, “I wish I didn’t have to work”, “I’m so tired, I could sleep forever?”. 

We will at some time or another find ourselves in a state of boredom and disinterest. It feels as though we have no “Get up and Go” in our lives, no zest, no drive or ambition. We would rather pull the covers over our heads and go off into “Noddy land”.   2. Believe in your self, and in what you can do. 
  3. Consider things on every angle and aspect. Motivation comes from determination. To be able to understand life, you should feel the sun from both sides.
