The Morning “Blues”
Have you ever woken up in the morning and thought to yourself, “Oh No, not another day, I really don’t feeling getting up”, “I wish I didn’t have to work”, “I’m so tired, I could sleep forever?”.
We will at some time or another find ourselves in a state of boredom and disinterest. It feels as though we have no “Get up and Go” in our lives, no zest, no drive or ambition. We would rather pull the covers over our heads and go off into “Noddy land”.
