The “Focusing Hour”
What you think about most of the time is what you become.
What you think about at the beginning of the day is the most important part of you day!
Here is my personal “Kick Start” for the day.
Exercise it doesn’t have to be high impact and lengthy. Fifteen to twenty minutes of walking on a treadmill, cycling, callanetics or even some sit-ups and push-ups to get the heart rate up and the blood flowing. Exercise doesn’t have to be long and hard to benefit the body; recent studies show that fifteen to twenty minute low impact workouts are just as beneficial if not more, than longer harder workouts.
